I am from Brighton, England, My passion about food here at Abacus in Cayman is being able to produce good Quality and Tasty food, by supporting Local Farmers and Fishermen and being able to use the freshest ingredients to provide customers with different flavours and textures in every dish I create

I am From Johannesburg, South Africa, I have always loved being in a lively environment where everyone enjoys themselves. I have a passion for using Original herbs and fruits to create unique cocktails that leaves the customer wanting to come back for more. I also have a passion for Wine. Being able to provide a bespoke wine list has always been a must for me. Nothing better than having an excellent bottle of wine with your meal.
